The Zipper is designed for surfers seeking a balance of fun, speed, and paddle power in small-wave conditions.
The design of this compact twin fin delivers a lively, fluid and engaged surfing experience. With a subtle rocker profile and wider nose area, the Zipper has excellent paddle power, fast wave entry, and smooth acceleration across the wave face.
Whether you’re surfing low-energy beach breaks or playful point breaks, the Zipper's classic fish-inspired outline offers stability and flow, while the concave and twin fin configuration enhance responsiveness and speed. This model is a versatile small-wave board that suits both experienced surfers looking for maximum fun, and newer surfers wanting an easy, confidence-inspiring ride.
The Zipper can be ordered with either a twin fin or twinzer setup.

All Australian orders are shaped and built at our Byron Bay factory. Using premium blanks and materials, and finished with world-class glassing methods, our build quality reflects Joel’s commitment to crafting high-quality surfboards. We offer safe and secure shipping and delivery Australia-wide, with pickup from our Byron Bay showroom also welcome.
BALI ORDERS
Boards built at our Bali factory are crafted with the same attention to detail, build quality, and performance standards as our Australian orders. Whether you’re living in Bali or planning a surf trip to Indonesia, we can build your board locally and deliver it directly to your villa, surf stay, or hotel. Many customers choose to pre-order their board before arriving, with delivery arranged to their accommodation once they’ve checked in.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Australia
Once your board is complete, it will be carefully packaged and shipped to your nominated delivery address. Delivery times vary depending on your location, and tracking details will be provided once your board has been dispatched.
Bali
In Bali, we offer local delivery direct to your villa, surf stay, or hotel after check-in. If you’re pre-ordering before arrival, delivery will be coordinated to align with your travel itinerary.
SHOWROOM PICKUP
Australia
For Australian orders, customers may choose to collect their board from our Byron Bay showroom by appointment. We’ll coordinate a pickup time with you once your board is complete and ready.
Bali
