Shipping & Delivery
Build Times
Once your order deposit is confirmed, we’ll start building your board. For Australian orders, custom surfboards have a build time of approximately 6 weeks. For Bali orders, custom surfboards have a build time of approximately 4 weeks.
Australian Orders
We deliver surfboards Australia-wide. When submitting your order enquiry, simply provide your delivery address and we’ll calculate the packaging and delivery costs. These will be confirmed with you before we begin your order.
When your surfboard is complete, we’ll email you to confirm that your order is ready for delivery to your nominated address. Once you confirm you’re ready to receive it, we’ll arrange dispatch.
All surfboard orders are carefully packed to our specifications and hand-delivered by our surfboard-specific courier partner directly to your doorstep.
After your order has been collected by the courier, you’ll receive a dispatch email with courier details, a tracking number, and a tracking link, allowing you to follow the progress of your delivery.
Delivery times vary depending on your location:

QLD, NSW, VIC: 2–3 business days
SA, WA, TAS: 4–5 business days
Bali Orders
We deliver surfboards throughout Bali and Indonesia. When submitting your order enquiry, simply provide your delivery address and we’ll calculate the packaging and delivery costs. These will be confirmed with you before we begin your order.
When your surfboard is complete, we’ll coordinate a delivery time with you. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation notification with your estimated delivery time, driver details, and tracking information.
If you’re unsure of your exact delivery address in Bali or are still deciding where you’ll be staying, you can still place your order today. We’ll confirm the delivery address with you once your travel plans are finalised. If you’re travelling to Bali soon, we can also safely hold your surfboard in our boardroom until you’re ready for delivery.
International Orders
We ship surfboards worldwide, including to Europe, Japan, and the United States. When submitting your order enquiry, simply provide your international delivery address and we’ll calculate the packaging and shipping costs. These will be confirmed with you before we begin your order.
Once your surfboard is complete, we’ll contact you by email to confirm that your order is ready for shipping and to verify your delivery address. After dispatch, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your estimated delivery timeframe, international courier details, and a tracking link so you can follow your surfboard’s journey to its destination.
All surfboards are shipped internationally by air and delivered directly to your door, with an estimated delivery time of approximately 5–7 business days.
RE-PURPOSED PACKAGING
We are mindful of our impact on the environment and are part of an industry-wide initiative to re-purpose surfboard packaging boxes, helping to reduce unnecessary cardboard waste.
As a result, the surfboard box your board arrives in may have been used previously, and you may notice branding from other local or international surfboard manufacturers.
