Refund policy

As all Joel Fitzgerald Surfboards are made-to-order, we do not accept returns unless there is a factory error, manufacturing defect or damage during shipping or delivery. If you believe there is a problem with your board once it has been delivered, please contact us immediately with photos and a description of the issue. All return requests for surfboards must be made within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.

For clothing, surf hardware and accessories, we accept returns & exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. Returns & exchanges shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
